Tender Description
Hunters Hill Council (Council) invites tenders (Tenders) for the provision of cleaning maintenance services as detailed in this RFT, including the Specification.
The agreement is for an initial period of 3 years, with options to extend for a further 2 x 1 year at the sole discretion of Council.
The closing time and date for all Tenders is 2.00pm (AEST) Friday 18 November 2022.

Costs incurred in preparing Tenders will not be reimbursed. Tenders will be evaluated on the selection criteria detailed in the RFT documentation. The lowest or any Tender will not necessarily be accepted
The canvassing of Councillors or Council Officers in regards to this RFT will cause the Tenderer to be disqualified.
All documents included in this RFT are copyright and the property of Hunters Hill Council and must not be retained, copied or used without authority of the Council.
Tenderers must submit Tenders in the manner required by this RFT.

-that all sites are kept clean, tidy and safe;
-transparency between both parties
-long term professional working relationship between both parties
