Tender Description
Prepare a Business Case for the Cardwell Tropical Mountain Bike Trails project to obtain funding to progress the project to Detailed Design and Construction.
The Business Case will provide for the basis for a future funding application and determine a sustainable maintenance model.
The document is to be prepared in accordance with Councils branding guidelines (templates will be provide by Council)
The successful tenderer shall undertake the following consultation activities to inform the preparation of the Business Case
- Prestart meeting with Councils project team
- Liaison with the project key stakeholders, this is to include face to face and site meetings in Cardwell prior to the preparation of the draft business case
- Presentation of draft business case to Councils project team
- Presentation of draft business case to Councils executive management team and Councillors
- Presentation of draft business case to key stakeholders
- Presentation of final business case to Councils project team
- Presentation of final business case to EMT
- Presentation of final business case to key stakeholders
Timeframes
4 months for completion of final business case from the prestart meeting
The successful tenderer is required to work closely with and take direction from Council.
