Tender Description
Tenders are invited for the provision of commercial cleaning services for 49 Shire of Mundaring Facilities.
Tenderers are advised due to social distancing requirements resulting from the COVID-19 Coronavirus, the number of facility inspections and distances required to be travelled to the facilities, the compulsory site inspections of the facilities will be carried out within a one-week period between 31 October 2022 and 4 November 2022 (over two consecutive days).
Tenderers should inform themselves of the detailed site inspection requirements as set out in the tender documentation and must contact Maria Beley (08) 9290-6637 to register their intention to attend the site inspections by 12.00 noon Friday, 28 October 2022. Failure to register and attend the site inspections will render the Tenderer ineligible to submit a Tender.
NOTE: Part 5 Word Extract has been included in the RFT documents to assist respondents completing their submission.
This Request for Tender will be conducted in an electronic environment. Respondents are required to register as a supplier on the etendering portal site prior to accessing the document. All enquiries relating to the project can only be lodged and responded to through the Tenderlink portal forum.
A tender that is not successfully uploaded to the portal when tenders close will not be considered for evaluation. The Shire of Mundaring may decline to accept any or all tenders.
Canvassing of Elected Members or Shire Officers will automatically disqualify tender.
