Tender Description
The Principal is seeking to appoint up to three Electrical Contractors to a panel to undertake electrical repairs, maintenance, planned works (including events) and new electrical works of value less than $250,000 excluding GST, for a period of three years, with two options to extend of three years each, up to a maximum of nine years.
The Principal requires efficient, professional and qualified Electrical Services Contractors, with knowledge and experience all forms of commercial, industrial and domestic electrical maintenance, to carry out the following:
- Reactive maintenance in response to faults/breakdowns;
- Replacement, Upgrade or Installation of new electrical equipment;
- Reporting; and
- Planned testing or provision of electrical works specific to Principal organised events.
Contractors will be expected to have staff available at all times, be able to respond to any phone call within 30 minutes and provide a response service 24 hours a day, 7 days per week, 365 days per year, inclusive of public holidays.
Contractors will be required to provide all labour, plant and equipment, materials, consumables, transport/cartage, supervision/administrative costs, management, travelling expenses and anything else necessary to carry out the service required under the proposed Contract.
The Principal provides no guarantee as to volume of work to any panellist under this arrangement.
