Tender Description
A Department of Communities (Communities) functional review was completed in August 2022 and a design option was developed and accepted for future-state of the Statewide Services Directorate (SWS). Communities has a requirement for the successful Respondent to operationalise the proposed structure as identified in the Statement of Requirements. This will be conducted through extensive engagement and consultation with internal stakeholders, translate, refine and build each of the streams to ensure SWS can facilitate and deliver services and programs to support and care for people and families across Western Australia.
