Tender Description
The University of Southern Queensland is seeking Proposals for the construction / refurbishment of the ASE Precinct at the Toowoomba campus.
The University has identified the need to upgrade a significant portion of area in and around buildings P6, P8, P11 and P9 including the street facing aspect, roadways, drainage, etc. Buildings P6 and P11 will also undergo a significant extension to the rear allowing for better use of the space for Research purposes. A site visit will be arranged for interested Offerors - date to be published next week.
