Monash University seeks to select the best suited organisation to provide airport pick-up services for international students arriving in Australia for the first time.

These students will be undertaking their study either at Monash University or Monash College. For Monash University, this service is administered either through Monash Connect (full degree students) or Monash Abroad (study abroad, exchange and intercampus exchange students). For Monash College, this service will be administered directly by the College. Collectively, these three business units will utilise the same provider, and whilst each have specific requirements such as pick up procedures and invoicing, a single process/booking form will be used to streamline the experience for students resulting in one overarching solution.

The purpose of the pick-up service is to offer new international students a free transfer service for themselves and their family members from Melbourne International Airport to their nominated accommodation.
