Tender Description
Hamilton Boys’ High School’s vision is to build a Marae (Wharenui and Wharekai). Construction of the Wharenui will be the first stage of this process.
The programme is anticipated to start at the beginning of 2023 with a 11 month build time.
The Wharenui covers an area of 311sqm and includes an ablution block and storage rooms. The Wharenui will also be used as a two-classroom venue.
