Tender Description
i. Hall Heating: Remove and dispose of existing heating system. Provisional sum provided for the replacement as designed by the Principal’s preferred contractor for the use and space of the Hall.
ii. Toilets: Remove and replace all toilet pans and cisterns. Replace urinals with ceramic alternative to include a privacy panel. Remove and replace basins and hardware, install double basin vanitys with new hardware eg. Mixers, faucets. Demolish existing wall partitions and replace with panel partitions, this will also increase the space of each stall. Supply and install new wall linings, floor coverings and light fittings. Prep and paint all exposed surfaces, trims, and ceilings. Replace upper louvre windows.
