Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠This project plans to deliver lifecycle replacements of the existing light fittings for LED and installation of new heat pumps throughout Block B. Boiler remedial work is to be carried out as heat pumps get installed throughout the main block, the boiler use will be lower so will need to be reset to reduce the loading requirements. Additionally all Distribution Boards will be upgraded with RCD’s to meet MOE standards, and the Montrose box is to be replaced to meet MOE guidelines.
