Mt Beauty Visitor Information Centre Deck Renewal

The Alpine Shire requests tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for the replacement of the deck and associated works at the Mount Beauty Visitor Information Centre. The venue operates year round as a centre for visitors to gain additional information about the surrounding township. It is staffed by ASC staff members who provide services to the community.

The overarching objectives of the project is for a like for like replacement the deck, keeping as much of the sub structure as possible, replacing the joist and decking. The decking will need to be replaced using a Modwood product or similar suitable product.
