Maitland City Council Cemetery Grounds Maintenance

⁠⁠⁠The purpose of this tender is to engage an experienced and suitably qualified Service Provider to provide ongoing grounds maintenance services to Council managed cemeteries within the Maitland LGA. The period of engagement will be for two(2) years with a third year option in Councils favour.

The works to be performed under this Contract include the provision of all materials, plant and labour, and the performance of all operations of whatever kind necessary for the complete and proper fulfilment of the works associated with this contract.
The successful contractor shall be able to provide evidence of undertaking recent similar open space ground maintenance works, particularly in cemeteries or other sensitive spaces.

Any person willing to fulfil the requirements of the proposed contract is invited to submit a tender to the Council by the closing date of 2pm 1st November 2022.
