Tender Description
The City wishes to establish a suitably qualified and experienced Pre-qualified Panel of Suppliers to assist the City with graphic design, animation, videography and photography services. The City may also use the Panel for works that are not expressly part of the Panel but that fall within the general scope of the Panel.
Projects will range from budget conscious, simple marketing and communication campaigns to complex specialist projects requiring a higher level of artistic elements, design and more detailed concept development.
The variety and volume of work required under the Panel will mean that Pre-qualified Suppliers must be able to deliver value for money, while maintaining effective brand/style management and a consistent high standard of work.
The Panel will be split into three categories with suppliers able to express an interest to be on one or more of the categories.
- Category 1 Graphic Design Services
- Category 2 Animation
- Category 3 Videography & Photography
