Cockburn ARC - Graphic Design and Media Services

⁠⁠⁠Overview

The City of Cockburn (the Principal) is seeking the services of a suitably qualified and experienced Marketing and Graphic Design agency, located in Perth, to produce marketing material collateral for Cockburn ARC.

Scope

The scope includes production of marketing material collateral for Cockburn ARC, including but not limited to:

• Graphic design
• Print
• Signage
• Animation
• Video

All services must be executed to the satisfaction of the Principal in strict accordance with the Contract, the Specification, and the Contracted Schedule of Rates, along with any work instruction issued by the Principal. A full statement of the services required under the proposed contract appears in B01 Specification.

Contractor Requirements

• Suitably qualified and experienced Marketing and Graphic Design agency
• Located in Perth
• Compliance with the Modern Slavery Act 2018, and the ability to provide a Modern Slavery Statement when requested, as required by the Act

Contract Terms and Conditions

• The proposed Contract shall be in force for a period of three (3) years from the date of contract award
• Principal instigated option for a subsequent one (1) year period
• Further option for up to an additional twelve (12) months after that, to a maximum of five (5) years
• The Contract is expected to commence in October 2026

Instructions to Tenderers

• Tenderers are required to address all requirements as outlined in the request
• Tenderers must fully read and understand the Conditions provided in the Conditions of Responding and Tendering and in all documentation provided
• Failure to comply shall deem the submission non-compliant
