Tender Description

The Balmoral Avenue Carpark in Springvale (c. 2008) is a six and half-level carpark, commercial and residential structure located at the corner of Balmoral and Buckingham Avenues in Springvale. "Number 8" Balmoral Avenue is a Central public car park which also consists of 24 quality apartments set on 1st and 2nd floors. There are 22 (2 Bedrooms) and 2 (3 Bedrooms) apartments in this building. This is a Springvale Premier Building. Together with 42 street front shops and 500 car spaces approximately, combined with a street up grade and a new town square.
