Tender Description
OzArk Environment & Heritage has been engaged on behalf of Edify Energy Pty Ltd (proponent) and seeks registration of Aboriginal groups or individuals who are interested in being consulted about an Aboriginal cultural heritage assessment for the development of a 136-hectare solar farm at Ulan within the Mid-Western Local Government Area, NSW.
This consultation group will assist OzArk and the proponent in preparing the Aboriginal Cultural Heritage Assessment Report (ACHAR) as required by the Secretary of the Department of Planning and Environment (DPE) in their consideration and determination of the application. If you hold cultural knowledge relevant to determining the cultural significance of Aboriginal objects or places in the proposed study area, please register your interest. We will continue to consult with the group.
