Tender Description
Council is seeking tenders from suitable applicants interested in leasing and developing one or more of the of nine (9) serviced airside allotments, recently developed by the Balonne Shire Council at the St George Aerodrome, off the Carnarvon Highway.
Council is seeking Tenders from prospective lessees who wish to lease one or more of the allotments.
The successful lessee would be required to contribute by developing the site, as agreed by Council, and subject to all relevant approvals.
Council is currently working to further develop the site including:
• Water, power and wastewater services;
Respondents should provide details in the submission form at 3.1 of:
• the size and type of aircraft to be stored on site
• the type of buildings/structures proposed
• the number of aircraft movements expected
• any type of business operations proposed.
• tenders should include a bid for one or more allotments with a bid ($ per m2) or ($ per annum).
The indicative terms of the lease are provided in the supporting information and would be a long-term arrangement.
