⁠⁠⁠The National Heavy Vehicle Regulator (NHVR) is Australia’s regulator for heavy vehicles. The NHVR is headquartered in Brisbane and employs more than 800 people across the ACT, Queensland, New South Wales, South Australia, Tasmania and Victoria. Established in 2013, the NHVR is a statutory authority tasked to administer one set of laws – the Heavy Vehicle National Law (HVNL), which applies in all Australia's states and territories except the Northern Territory and Western Australia.

The NHVR is seeking to establish a Preferred Supplier Arrangement for Engineering Services, Methodology and Advice Related to Heavy Vehicle Access to Bridges and Culverts, Specific to the SLGAAP.

Suitably qualified Tenderers with proven capability, capacity, and sound financial and technical background to deliver the Specification outlined in this Invitation to Tender are invited to participate in this Invitation to Tender process.
