The Shire of Augusta Margaret River (Principal) is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced parties for the provision of services in relation to modification and rectification works required at the Margaret River HEART (Hub of Entertainment, Arts and Regional Tourism).
The Margaret River HEART is operated by the Shire of Augusta Margaret River following its construction in 2018-2019. The Margaret River HEART, or simply HEART, provides for a regional venue for a variety of performing arts and cultural events in a number of its adaptable spaces.
The construction of the Margaret River HEART (formerly the Margaret River Cultural Centre) did not include works required as part of this request as the stage and back of house largely remained untouched by previous construction works. This request also includes the rectification and remediation of a portion of the HEART Main Theatre Floor affected by sub-surface mold.
