The City of Kalamunda (the City) is seeking quotations from suitably qualified consultant to undertake works relating to Woodlupine Brook, Wattle Grove Living Stream
The City of Kalamunda in conjunction with the Water Corporation is intending to reshape the steep sided trapezoidal drain known as Woodlupine Brook into a living stream. Stages 1 and 2 have been completed, and the works involved in this project, being Stage 3 is between the end of stage 2 at the footbridge at Thorogood Ave to the Hardy East Road culvert. The extent is shown in Figure 1 1.
Works involve the removal and relocation of soil to flatten the batters to the extent shown on the drawings, rock fill of existing drop structures, the construction of rock riffles, removal of an existing culvert and reshaping of the existing ground on both sides of the stream using excavated soil from the batters.
