Salisbury Fringe Carnival Musicians Expression of Interest

⁠⁠⁠Calling all cover/tribute bands! The City of Salisbury is accepting expressions of interest from local musicians for the 2023 Salisbury Fringe Carnival

Are you an accomplished South Australian cover/tribute band or musician that loves playing live? We would love to hear from you!
Our Salisbury Fringe Carnival is one of our pinnacle events, held in February each year. This event will be staged on 24 and 25 February, with approximately 8,000 people in attendance over the two days.

We are looking for musicians that can put on a show and engage the community. If you think this is you, please apply.
We are looking for musicians for the following times. Sets will need to be 1 hour:
Friday 24 February 2023: 6pm to 9.30pm: Three musicians required
Saturday 25 February 2023: 3pm to 9.30pm: Six musicians required

We will provide stage equipment, along with backline complete with amps, drums, microphones, keyboard stands and PA equipment. We will also have a sound engineer to assist you with your performance. If successful, other requirements can be discussed with the event manager and sound engineer.

When submitting your expression of interest, please provide a sample of your performance via a link to a Facebook page or Youtube video, along with a performance quotation and your preference of the day. We cannot guarantee the time of day you will be playing, however, we will try to accommodate as much as possible.

Expressions of interest will close Monday 24 October 2022.

Please note: only nine spots are available. Therefore, we will have a panel to approve the line-up and you will be notified four weeks after the expression of interest closes. If you are unavailable at these times, please do not apply. If successful, please ensure your availability for the above dates.
