Campbelltown City is a designated strategic centre and is just 53kms from the Sydney CBD, covering an area of 312 km2.

The City is home to more than 160,000 people with the population expected to reach 270,000 by 2031, and is a significant centre for the Macarthur region, providing a broad range of services and facilities including a major hospital, university, two TAFE colleges, arts centre, public transport, large shopping centres and a growing commercial and industrial sector.

Our location on the F5 provides residents and visitors with easy access to the wider Sydney metropolitan area. Residents enjoy this proximity while valuing the natural environment surrounding the city, including the Georges River, Scenic Hills, extensive bushland and rural lands.

Council's principal service centre is located at the Civic Centre in Queen Street, Campbelltown.

SUMMARY OF REQUIREMENTS
Council requires the provision of alarm monitoring services from a suitably qualified and experienced organisation to perform back to base monitoring services within a Grade A1 Monitoring Centre.

Responding Organisation's must attach a copy of their valid Master Security Licence This is a mandatory requirement of tendering

Council currently has over 100 facilities across the Campbelltown Local Government Area that require alarm monitoring services on a 24 hour, 7 days a week basis.

SCHEDULE
Contract award: December 2022
Services may be requested from: 14 January 2023
Term services may be required: Two years with three options for extension of 12 months each
