Tamworth Regional Council (TRC) is seeking tenders from suitably qualified contractors for Tender No. T067/2023, Construction of Civil Works for Pedestrian Infrastructure at Schools – Package 1.
This tender is a Quality Assurance contract with method of payment being lump sum. The scope of work includes the construction of civil works to improve pedestrian safety at schools in the Tamworth local government area. Due to funding requirements, works are to be practically complete by 15 March 2023.
Tenders close at 11:00am AEDT, Thursday 20 October 2022.
Council is not bound to accept the lowest or any tender and any Tenderer who directly or indirectly canvasses support from an elected member or servant of the Council will be disqualified.
