Removal of existing retaining wall and installation of new retaining wall and granitic sand platform All things needed for the construction of the Works. Note: A builder’s licence will be required.

Install of granitic sand platform surface of 50-75mm depth ‘Tooborac’ Granitic Sand or agreed equivalent on 75mm depth compacted Class 2 FCR and suitably prepared subgrade. Finished surface to have 2% lateral fall for drainage. The top of the platform is to adjoin the redgum top of wall capping timber and have suitable timber edging on the street side of the platform (redgum sleeper with 25x75x300mm long timber pegs, at minimum 1200 centres, fastened with minimum 2x galvanised nails or screws per peg.

A non-compulsory site meeting will be held Wednesday 5th October at 11am meeting at the northern end of the Port of Echuca (near A2 Locomotive).
