Tender Description
Provision of Quantity Surveyor (QS) services to assist with the initial cost planning assessment for the Country Fire Authority and Fire Services Victoria program. The program consists of 20 CFA projects and 17 FSV projects across Victoria (state-wide). This work is a once-off check on the likely costs of those known projects that are transisitoning from CFA and FSV to the Community Safety Building Authority.
The tender process will be a single stage selective tender, with four pre-qualified suppliers selected from the Construction Supplier Register (CSR). The pre-qualification category is: Quantity Surveying.
Social Procurement applies to this procurement. Local Jobs First and International Agreements do not apply.
The contract will be a DTF standard form consultancy agreement (short form).
The Request for Quote will be released on Buying for Victoria and is estimated to be released on 3 October 2022. The estimated contract award date is 31 October 2022 with the contract end date estimated to be 30 June 2023.
