Tender Description
For this site it is proposed the tenderers provide a design and construction proposal to deliver:
Design:
• Management of the design process through the specified hold points and in accordance with the Principal Project Requirement (PPR) and CoS standard building specifications.
• Creation of complete design documentation and As-Built drawings in electronic format
• Obtaining all relevant Planning and Development Approvals
• Organising regular sessions to discuss the safety in design register.
Construction:
• Segregation of construction site from public access while allowing for the continuous use of the playing field
• Demolition, clearing of the site and preparation for construction
• Construction of the new substructure, services, superstructure and fitout (in line with attached Principle Project Requirement (PPR))
• Installation and connection of relevant building services
• Construction of carpark and associated landscaping if required
• Supply and installation of all fixed FF&E and finishes
• Construction of external footpaths, carparks and links to existing to ensure usability and compliance.
• Removal from site and building of all generated rubbish and general clean
Refer Section D for detailed specifications of the Works required for the Hausler Reserve New Sports Modular Facility (D&C) project.
Note: The Council is inviting tenders from companies who have experience and expertise in delivering modular design and construct solutions.
