Tender Description
TasNetworks invites proposals from suitably qualified and experienced businesses to provide state-wide security monitoring and physical guard attendance at a number of its administration and remote depot locations within Tasmania.
The Services will consist of the services detailed in the RFP document pack .Please ensure the Scope of Works is read in detail, including the specific requirements for:
-Maria St campus concierge role, physically onsite between 0800-1730 Monday-Friday. These are detailed further in the 2022 Role Statement- Security Front Desk in Attachment B.
-After Hours alarm monitoring service for State-wide Facilities sites
-Security patrol response as directed to after hours alarms
- Facilities and Data Centre on call roster having capable persons to participate in an on call roster to attend to after hours urgent matters such as floods, fire alarms, customer access issues, electrical system failures (within a building), automatic gates inoperable etc.
-Security audits and other static guard services as and when required

Responses are requested in Word, Excel and Portable Document Format (PDF) and must be lodged in the electronic tender box set up for this RFP by the closing time.
