Tender Description
Southern Grampians Shire Council wish to invite submissions from experienced contractors for roof maintenance works, to the MJ Hynes building located at 5 Market Place, Hamilton, Victoria.
The general scope of work for this project includes:
- Ensure all gutters and drains are clear and serviceable before and after pressure cleaning.
- Pressure clean entire roof and buildings.
- Conduct roof repairs and maintenance on Council Chamber and M.J. Hynes Auditorium.
- Renew gable roof at the rear of the building approx. 62m2 and both bay window roofs approx. 3.5m2
- Replace old Council Chamber HVAC system with new reverse cycle HVAC system capable to heat/cool the Council Chamber.
- Replace old M.J. Hynes Auditorium HVAC system with new reverse cycle HVAC system capable to heat/cool the auditorium.
- Repair (repoint) building brickwork.
