Tender Description
Practicing contemporary artists are invited to apply to participate in the open studio artist in residence programme between July 2023 and June 2024. Artist can apply as sole, collaborative or group practitioners.
As a site-responsive, site /specific residency, artists are encouraged to respond to the immediate location in Port Noarlunga, South Australia. or in a broader context, to the City of Onkaparinga.
· Artists can apply to reside across twelve week and six-week cycles.
· Artists are provided with comfortable studio, amenities and administrative support
· Materials support payments ($2000 - 12wk & $1000 - 6wk) will be paid by schedule to successful applicants.
· Artists will facilitate at least one considered and planned opportunity for the wider community to engage with the artists.
· Residencies conclude with a supported exhibition of works made onsite.
