Kingston City Council is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced company to work with them on all processes relating to refurbishment Works at Melaleuca Activity Hub.

The scope of works includes but is not limited to:
The existing children's toilet must be demolished and converted into a cleaner's storage room. There is minor wall repair works needed in both kitchens as well as joinery works are required in the existing office area to improve the storage space to suit diverse ethnic groups. In addition, one window in the toilet of Pottery Room 3 needs to be removed and replaced.
