Tender Description
The City of Onkaparinga is seeking responses from suitably qualified suppliers to undertake works to rebuild tennis and Netball Courts at Clarendon Recreation Ground.
Quotes are to be all inclusive and submitted on the template provided. Disposal of any materials is to be at the cost of the Contractor. Contractors are to nominate the number of days excavation required for drainage and lighting components in their submission for the purposes of Cultural Heritage Monitors.
Cultural Heritage Monitors will be provided by Council as required. The successful Contractor will be responsible to ensure efficient use of the Cultural Heritage Monitors.
The price submitted for the work is to be inclusive of hard digging / rock. Geotechnical data is available in the Pavement Report provided.
Submissions are to be:
1) Inclusive of all items to achieve work as per Drawing 2021-193.
2) Outline the proposed construction method, and indicate how quality requirements will be demonstrated as achieved.
3) Provide evidence of experience in delivering similar projects.
4) Provide a schedule with hold points / QA inspections, and demonstrate completion of the project prior end January 2023.
NOTE: The discrepancy between the drawing (Sheet 01) and lighting design for for the light poles (Hayman and Enerven designs), the Hayman and Enerven Drawing are the correct dimensions.
NOTE: Carpark lighting is not part of this scope of works.
NOTE: Heritage monitors required for excavation relating to the following: light pole footings, electrical trenching, drainage
