Tender Description
· Remove and dispose of current evaporative coolers that are on the roofs
· Restore roofing material and ensure roof is secure and free from leakage.
· Report any other damage not related to the removal of the evaporative cooler for consideration of repairs.
· Remove internal vents, piping and plaster ceiling vents.
· Paint ceiling to ensure ceiling has colour conformity.
· Removal of box air conditioners and replacement of walls or windows as necessary.
