Tender Description
Central Gippsland Health CGH) is seeking to appoint two (2) independent members to its Risk and Audit Commitee Expressions of Interest are sought from suitably experienced and skilled individuals.
The Risk and Audit Committee is an advisory committee to the Board of Directors. The primary objectives of the Risk and Audit Committee are to assist the Board in the effective conduct of its responsibilities for financial reporting mananntrert of risk and maintaining a reliable system of intemal controls
Applicants must be able to demonstrate expertise in at least one of the following areas accounting. risk management or related expertise .
