Tender Description
Spiire Australia Pty Ltd, in conjunction with Greater Western Water, is intending to release a Request for Tender in October 2022 for the RBR Hub External Sewer. The project will include:
Construction of approximately 1380 metres of DN375mm Branch Sewer & 11 metres of DN450mm (Pipe Class SN10) as part of 431 - 533 Troups Rd, Truganina, 3029 / RBR Hub development - for Goodman Group, within the City of Melton. Contractors must be accredited with Greater Western Water for the supply of works and services in Category SC1 Reticulation/Branch Sewer ≤ DN280 OR ≤ 5m in depth, Category SC2 Branch/Main Sewer > DN280 or Sewer Reticulation > 5m in depth. Sequencing for the branch sewer works must make allowance to co-ordinate bulk earthworks occurring on site for the development of RBR Hub.
