Tender Description
Royal Melbourne Hospital will be going to select tender to appoint a specialist lift shaft constructor to provide design advice to the appointed suite of design consultants. This will be under an Early Contractor Involvement type of arrangement.
Once the design team has completed the design the appointed design consultant will be engaged to construct the lift well.
The project value is estimated at $12-14m.
The design consultant will commence in December 2022 with works to comence in February 2023 and completed by December 2023.
