Lease and Operation of Numurkah Caravan Park

⁠⁠⁠Moira Shire Council is seeking Expressions of Interest for the lease and operation of the Numurkah Caravan Park, 158 Melville Street, Numurkah.

The caravan park is a well presented park located on a picturesque bend of the Broken Creek.
Within easy walking distance of the Numurkah central shopping centre, the site occupies an attractive parcel, holding an extensive frontage to the south bank of the creek.

The successful applicant will lease the caravan park from Council for a maximum term of 21 years and will be responsible for the management, operation, maintenance and improvement works at the park.

Expressions of Interest must meet the requirements detailed in the information pack and must be received by Council by 4pm Friday 16 September 2022.
