Tender Description
The Department of Premier and Cabinet is seeking an experienced ServiceNow partner to be contracted to manage the platform, support, maintain and develop the Marketplace within the ServiceNow cloud. The initial contract term for this engagement is two years (including the initial Transition-In period) with a renewal option of an additional two years, followed by an option for an additional one year, term.
