Tender Description
The Department is seeking to engage a provider who has the capability and capacity to provide a Test Automation Solution which meets the Department’s functional requirements and represents the best value for money. The Department seeks to evaluate tenderers on two potential models.
Those being:
Model A – The provision of the required Software, Licensing, Implementation Services and ongoing Support; or
Model B – The provision of the required Software, Licensing and ongoing Support Only.
To support the delivery of Model A, the provider will be required to provide a range of supporting Professional Services for the implementation of their proposed solution into the Department of Health environment.
In Model B the Department would undertake the Design and Implementation Phases without the direct support of the provider.
