Territory Families, Housing and Communities is seeking a suitable cleaning Contractor to undertake the cleaning services at the Don Dale Youth Detention Centre for a period of 12 months. The cleaning Contractor must be available to clean across the 7 day week and must be able to provide a high quality cleaning service within the facility as outlined below but not limited to:

• General cleaning in staff office areas and common areas
• Classrooms and young person common areas
• Bio-hazard cleaning and
• Emergency cleaning as required
