Tender Description
Southern Downs Regional Council (SDRC) seeks to engage a suitably experienced and licenced building contractor to carry out the entirety of works associated with the construction of a new clubhouse for the Stanthorpe Netball Association located at McGregor Park, Lock Street Stanthorpe 4380. Preliminary project drawings, finishes schedules, furniture fixtures and equipment specifications can all be found in the documentation. “Issued For Construction” (IFC) Drawings will be supplied to successful contractor following award and prior to commencement of works.
