Tender Description
Indigo Shire Council is seeking to engage a suitably qualified and experienced contractor for the design and construction of a new toilet block at Baarmutha Park in Balaclava Road, Beechworth. The new toilet block is to include One Accessible toilet with baby change table, One Unisex pan and One Unisex ambulant pan with an external basin.
Works include demolition of two existing toilet blocks and the construction of a new 1.5m wide 30m long footpath from existing carpark to the new toilet block.
