Tender Description
The development of 287 Miller Street NSW 2304, Cammeray. Works shall include the design, supply, delivery, installation, testing, commissioning, setting to work, warranty, defect liability of a four-storey boarding house containing twelve micro unit rooms. Details of the work are included within the Expression of Interest Document.
This project is jointly owned by North Sydney Council and Link Wentworth Housing. Link Wentworth Housing will be the Principal in relation to the Building work. Signature Project Management will be the Client-Side Project Managers.
