Koonung Secondary College – Stage 1b (Administration Fit-out Works) – Construction Works

This is an Advanced Tender Notice to receive notification from parties interested in tendering for the project. Please note that this advance tender notice is not the actual tender. No tender documentation is provided at this stage.

Project Summary

The Victorian School Building Authority is intending to release a Request for Tender in September 2022 for the construction only of new Administration and WC areas at Koonung Secondary College located at Mont Albert North, VIC 3129 to deliver more modern facilities for students and staff.
The project will include the construction of new meeting rooms, offices, reception, WC’s and other administrative spaces.
The project will require minor demolition for connection to existing, new external walls, new structure, plumbing works, and complete internal refurbishment.

All respondents will need to have a current CSR Registration under the category New Commercial Construction Prequalification level amount no less than $2,000,000.

A separate Request for Tender (RFT) will be issued. It is expected that approximately four tenderers will be invited. The VSBA will make a decision on which firms are to be invited to submit a tender, based on the firm’s experience, capability and capacity to undertake the work in the required timeframe, and past performance.

The Victorian School Building Authority reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to directly approach CSR registered entities under the above mentioned prequalification category to invite them to express interest in tendering for this project in the event that inappropriate and/or insufficient interest is received from parties by the date of closing of responses to this Advance Tender Notice
