Hepburn Shire Council (Council) recently resolved to sell the Property, which comprises the former Rex Theatre and an adjoining house, by a public process.
Council is seeking to appoint an agent to provide initial advice as to the most appropriate method of sale to achieve the best value for Council, be it an expression of interest process, tender or public auction, or a combination of expression of interest and tender, and to represent Council during the sale of the Property.
