Tender Description
Tauranga City Council invites tenders for this contract.
The scope for the renewal and refurbishment works will include the partial demolition and the stripping back of the existing building fabric, structure, and facilities followed by a renewal as prescribed by the design specifications.
Except for a new external staircase for fire egress, there will be minimal work undertaken on the external facade if the building. Most of the work will be within the internal envelope. A new temporary kitchen is required to be established prior to the demolition of the existing commercial kitchen in complex 2.
