Tender Description
Registrations of Interest (ROI) are invited from pre-qualified contractors with Transport for NSW under the National Prequalification System for Civil (Road and Bridge) Construction Contracts at R5, B4 and F150+ categories. The work will primarily consist of complex structural and civil transport infrastructure work.
The successful tenderer will be selected through a two-phase procurement process. The first phase requires applicants to submit this ROI. A short list of the two most successful applicants will then be selected from this ROI process and invited to tender for the work.
Prospective applicants will need to complete, sign and return the attached confidentiality deed (in accordance with the instructions in that deed) prior to being given the passcode to access the ROI documents. The passcode shall only be issued to the prospective applicants who are pre-qualified under the National Prequalification System for Civil (Road and Bridge) Construction Contracts at financial level F150+.
The passcode to access the ROI documents shall be emailed to the prospective applicants on 30 August 2022 or at a later date but only upon submission of the duly executed confidentiality deed.
A mandatory ROI briefing will be held via MS Teams on 07 September 2022, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 Noon. All interested applicants must pre-register their interest in attending the ROI briefing by sending details (company name, ABN, attendee name, email etc.) of their representatives via email to the Contact Officer by 05 September 2022.
Only the prospective applicants who are pre-qualified under the National Prequalification System for Civil (Road and Bridge) Construction Contracts at financial level F150+ will be eligible to attend the mandatory ROI briefing.
Attendance at the ROI briefing is mandatory to submit a conforming ROI Application.
All applicants must comply with the NSW Government Procurement Policy Framework (NSW Framework), NSW Government Supplier Code of Conduct (NSW Code) and New South Wales Industrial Relations Guidelines: Building and Construction Procurement (NSW Guidelines).
