Tender Description
North East Link Program (NELP), a division of the Major Transport Infrastructure Authority (MTIA), invites interested parties with the requisite experience, capability and capacity for delivery of the NELP Freeway Packages – East Package and West Package to NELP to attend the Industry Briefing (remotely) and to gain access to the Early Release EDR.
An Invitation for Expressions of Interest (Invitation for EOI) Notice will be released via the Buying for Victoria website, currently expected to be released in Q4 2022. Note that the NELP Freeway Packages – East Package and West Package Invitation for EOI may be released on an alternative date or in an alternative form to that advised in this Advanced Tender Notice.
