Tender Description
Roper Gulf Regional Council is seeking quotes for the supply and construction of an ablution block at Numbulwar for the use of visitors, community and during Festival times.
This project seeks to build the Numburrindi Festival Toilet at Numbulwar using NTG funding.
Project Specifics:
- Provision of one public ablution block that accommodates male/female and disabled users
- Provision of disabled carparking (concrete slab) and continuous access via DDA compliant ramp to the ablution block
- Provision of one shower in each male, female and disabled cubicles
- Connections and site servicing approvals from PAWA for part of the scope of work
Tenderers will need to consider:
- access to Numbulwar is seasonal
- coastal location will impact on construction materials proposed
- contractor accommodation can be provided by RGRC with sufficient notice, as per the RGRC Fees & Charges
