Tender Description
Temora Shire Council has purchased an approximately 1.7 hectare site of predominantly vacant land from NSW Land and Housing Corporation.
The purpose of the purchase is to facilitate the delivery of Affordable Housing for the benefit of residents of Temora Shire and surrounding districts.
The site is partly serviced with a cul-de-sac road, sewer and gas infrastructure. Water and electricity services will be required to be extended to the site from an adjoining road. Council is seeking the support of a Community Housing Provider, developer or other suitable applicant to partner with Council to deliver unit development on the site.
Applicants will be assessed on the response/provision of information in relation to the assessment criteria.
