The Mornington Peninsula Shire Council (Council) seeks to obtain expressions of interest from market participants to gather information to inform Council's options to enhance the delivery of parking management services across the peninsula (EOI).
The EOI is seeking submissions to provide Council with a detailed understanding of the technology and services available and the factors that need to be considered, such as a resident parking permit scheme, paid parking and smart parking technology.
